Chortle Award For Best Headliner Nomination!
I’ve been nominated for an award! I won’t win, because two of the other three nominees have been all over the tv and radio and they’re almost famous! Lovely to be nominated anyway though.
It would be charitable of you to vote for me out of the kindness of your hearts, if you were so inclined and you can do so here:
http://www.chortle.co.uk/about/2010/01/31/10433/vote_in_the_2010_chortle_awards
and if any of you have too much time on your hands please feel free to launch some manner of enormous internet campaign compelling the whole world to vote for me, as I definitely deserve it, because the reason I’m not on tv and radio all the time like the others is because I spend three days every week looking after the elderly and infirm and another half day rescuing injured puppies. Whereas to the best of my knowledge, none of the other nominees has ever rescued a single puppy. In fact, I can tell you that at least one of the nominees once bit a puppy’s head off and spat it out into a toilet, then fished it back out of the toilet with their bare hands and threw it in a small child’s face causing him to topple into a canal and drown, and that small child’s parents subsequently commited suicide, and the comedian in question turned up at their funerals, and laughed throughout proceedings, and later that day defiled their graves, singing ‘how much is that doggy in the window’, and that very same night appeared on some panel show cracking misogynistic jokes about fallen celebrities as if nothing had happened.
It’s up to you though.

GLASGOW COMEDY FESTIVAL – 16th March 2010
Many thanks to everyone who came along to Leicester on Sunday, you were all delightful and I had a very nice time.
The new show is shaping up splendidly, so if anybody’s anywhere near Glasgow on Tuesday 16th of March I compel you unreservedly to come and see me at The Stand (full details on gig page, which I can’t be arsed to copy and paste into this page).
Trust me, by the time my autumn tour arrives (details to follow! Patience!) this show is going to be 100% dynamite!
But why wait ’til then when you can see it in Glasgow, for cheaper, as early as March! (At which time it will already be at least 85% dynamite)
I know Tuesday’s a strange sort of day to go and see comedy, but come anyway.
Ah yes, also I am definitely doing Melbourne Comedy Festival now. If you fancy it, you can book tickets at: www.comedyfestival.com.au
(Or at least you can once they get round to putting me up on their website! Shouldn’t be long now.)
It’s all going to be fucking brilliant and I can’t wait.
Onwards!

*No, but really!
Welcome!
Hello, this is my all new website for exciting information about impressive things that I’m doing.
Currently I’m not doing any especially impressive things, just gigs and that.
I’ll try to keep my gig list updated, just in case you fancy coming to see one of them. Most of these are compilation gigs, where I’m just doing a twenty minute set on a bill with other comedians.
You’re probably better off coming to see one of my full length shows really, which I do a few of now and then. For instance I shall be be appearing at the 2010 Leicester comedy festival and also Glasgow comedy festival, which happen pretty early in the new year, and i’ll post dates and venue information soon.
I reckon I’ll probably be doing the Melbourne Comedy festival again in 2010 for anybody who lives on that side of the world who might be interested. I think it’s April or something.
I’m also pretty sure I’ll be doing a show in Edinburgh in August 2010.
And I’ll be embarking on a small tour after Edinburgh next Autumn, so that’s something to look forward to. I will let you know the dates for that when it’s all organised.
Thanks for stopping by. I’ll be putting all sorts of interesting or funny things on the website sporadically as time goes by- really, I promise! so please do check in again.
Best wishes,
Andrew x
-Oh, please do join my mailing list and i’ll email you some crap about nonsense every so often. Thanks very much.
